Implementation of Ergonomics Approach in Sociology Learning to Decrease Physiological Disorders of Student Online Learning

Online learning activities carried out by students spend several hours a day in front of computers and smartphones. If the this are not aligned with ergonomic approach each student's activity, course, it will cause subjective fatigue experienced students. This study aims to determine influence implementation on sociology decrease physiological disorders assessed from high school students, especially class XI. research is an experimental treatment subject design. The target population was all enrolled SMAN 3 Tondano, while affordable who received subjects. sample 30 instrument used questionnaire items rating scale assess fatigue. Data analysis through descriptive tests, data normality T-tests using SPSS 25 for IOS analysis. results showed that difference average before process between control period 0,40 or only reached 1,27%. after periods 31,44, 37.36%. different tests meaningful (p0.05). reduction 31.04 (62.18%).
